I purchased the 26" sunset Hot Air Balloon Spinner to add some color and movement in view of our picture window. We hung the spinner from a tree branch where it catches the slightest breezes and turns, flashing the bright colors. It is an eye catcher. I plan on purchasing another for my deck.
