When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped in 1-3 business days. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, but in rare cases, it could take up to 3 business days to ship your order.

Business days are Monday - Friday of the week and do not include weekends.

Time to ship is not included in the delivery times that are quoted during checkout.

Where does Pro Kites USA Ship From?

We ship the majority of orders from our warehouse facility located in Kill Devil Hills, NC.

We do have a few fulfillment partners that will occasionally help ship orders during peak times.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary by location and time to deliver. Please see rates in checkout for the most accurate rates.

We do have a $9.00 flat rate economy shipping on all orders and Free Shipping on or more. Expedited shipping rates vary in checkout.
