some minor damage, open rips, on the sleeve that holds the frame rod. other than that -- super awesome, it totally dances and can do loops. also hover when close to the ground.

So overall I was very pleased with the communication and the customer service. I was a little bummed out that you did not have the original cake that I wanted the serpent one the really big long huge one but the open line of communication and your speedy resolve been to it the refund made up for you not having it so I think you and appreciate it very very much five stars

Very easy assembly, durable and flew great even in crosswinds, came down a couple of times on asphalt and barely a scratch. Got this for my daughter! Next is my sons
