30" Bike Spinner Pilgrim

It is a poorly made spinner -- way too big. I would give zero stars if I could. I have sent two emails to them and have not heard a word back. The phone number to contact them on is not legit. I want to return it along with the Christmas spinner that I bought, but since they haven't responded, I don't know what to do. I definitely don't want them!!!

Thanksgiving Pilgrim

Love the product, however, took me way to long to navigate the order.
Trying to order 3 new items beginning on Friday and is now Sunday. Still haven’t gotten thru.
Asked for help and the answer was not satisfactory and did not allow me to complete order.
If someone could call me and assist it would be great!
