96" Red & White Widow Stunt Kite

Pro Kites is an amazing company to buy from. Not only are their kites top quality but their customer service is over the top. This company cares about their customers and it shows…. I bought this Stunt kite for by boy friend’s (who is a kid at heart) birthday in May 2020. Four months later and only a chance to use it once, our house and everything inside was burned to the ground in the Oregon fires. Pro Kites kindly gave me a very nice discount so that I can replace the kite as a Christmas present. Then as our 2020 luck would have it the new kite was intercepted by a very naughty dog during its delivery to the new address, and completely destroyed even in its packaging. Pro Kites kindly dealt with the delivery company and the insurance company and they were able to send me a whole new kite. Most companies would not go over and above with their customers but this one absolutely succeeded on their customer appreciation. I highly recommend buying from them and feeling very safe that you will get a high end product with high end customer service. Thank you Pro Kites and specially Jennifer Gallo and all her hard work on getting this gift to its intended owner. You are Awesome!!!!!
