The kite I ordered was out of stock. Customer representative, Jennifer Gallo, contacted me immediately explaining the situation, apologizing for the delay and assuring me my order would be filled as soon as possible. My kite arrived just a few days later than originally expected.
The kite is a gift that hasn’t been given yet, but the quality looks very good.

McCaw Kite

Being the biggest kite that I've had, I've learned that the McCaw kite takes more wind than the smaller kite, also I have started watching the weather more for wind speed. My only regret is that I didn't get the 500 foot cord.
